I need your help!
No, I don’t need you to send money to get me out of a Bangkok jail.

I need content. Or rather, the Gunmaker needs content. Please consider contributing.

I need articles and photos. Articles can range from half a page to as long as needed to tell the story. The story can be about almost anything related to custom gunmaking: making a custom, how-to, machining, engraving, woodworking, materials, hunting with a custom, business, state-of-the-art, safety, tool or book reviews, you name it.
Articles, including pictures, are typically one to six pages long. Have a look at some recent Gunmaker issues to get an idea of the typical size. Usually, there should be at least one picture per article.

Pictures for “Gun Gallery,” with a short description, are great. Full-page and half-page pictures work best. The bigger the pictures, the better. Printing is done at 300 pixels per inch. A full page is 2578 x 3357 pixels in a “portrait” (vertical) orientation. A half page is 2578 x 1634 pixels in a “landscape” (horizontal) orientation. If that is confusing, just set your phone or dedicated camera to its highest resolution, and I’ll size it to fit. Leaving a little room around the edges of the subject makes it simpler, but send it either way.

I would love to visit each of your shops, see what you're up to, learn, take pictures, hear your thoughts, and ghostwrite for you, but I can't. You’ll have to help me keep Gunmaker a respectable trade journal.
