Membership
To become a member of the American Custom Gunmakers Guild, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Your membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with any other individual or entity.

As a member of the ACGG, you agree to be bound by the ACGG’s bylaws. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the bylaws and adhere to the rules and regulations set forth therein.

Cancellation of Membership
We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. In the event that we cancel your membership, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the remaining duration of your membership. The refund will be calculated from the date of cancellation.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Website.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Website.
