I'm doing an integral muzzle break on a 375 Ruger. I did one once before on a .50 Beowulf where I ran a boring bar down the bore and cut what some people call a jug or expansion chamber about .750 long and put a vertical port on the top of the chamber (no front sight). It did a great job reducing muzzle rize but not overall recoil. Long story short, a picture of an integral break that works well would be much appreciated.
