Hello everyone I will try to include all the details for DSC related to the guild here.

Member Meeting:
Friday night at 6 pm CST (Jan 12th) at the Lorenzo

Video meeting via gotomeeting will be available for those not physically present.

Reception:
Friday night 730pm (Jan 12th) at the Lorenzo across the hall
Cash Bar 7-10pm
Free Hors D'oeuvres to snack on with alcohol
Associates, family, clients welcome

Banquet:
Saturday January 13th at 6pm on the Lorenzo top floor.
Guest speaker Bill Hobber from Swift bullets!
Cash Bar - The more you drink the more we save - yes really.

The deadline to preorder tickets has passed. We will have limited available at the show please contact Admin@acgg.org for availability.

Menu options:
Main:
Mediterranean Chicken Roulade - Wild mushroom risotto and vegetable ratatouille
Herb Crusted Atlantic Salmon - Roasted red endive, baby carrots and lemon pepper couscous with heirloom tomato sauce
House Smoked Bourbon Glazed Prime Rib - Creamed Horseradish mashed potato, sauteed broccolini and rosemary jus
Salads: choice of Lorenzo (house) or Caesar
Dessert: Key lime pie or Red velvet cake

Auction:
We are also using online hunting auctions to help promote and fundraise for this years event in addition to the usual silent and raffle! You can see the auction and donations as they grow online HERE!

Donations:
Looking to participate in our fundraising efforts? Any donation is greatly appreciated! Please reach out to Sharon Dressel (509-699-9233) or Jeff Tapp (843-847-7812) with donations or inquiries.

Some donation ideas can include tools, equipment, badges, banquet tickets, memberships and specialty services. Consider financially sponsoring a student or applicant!

We have reservations at the Lorenzo hotel again! Join our room block for $185/night January 10-13th 2024

9am January 11th is applicant judging in the guild booth area (Pro members only). Please read up on memberships list of requirements for each category, remember these are young aspiring members, judge them fairly.
When voting you will be asked to say why yes or no. Give useful feedback, you are a mentor.

What if they are in a different category how could I possibly know!?
You know good work from bad. Be honest, do they have potential?
